If you need to contact the Duty Team, we can be contacted from Monday to Thursday between 8.30am-5pm and Friday 8:30-4:30pm on 0115 8546477.

We have an Out of Hours Fostering Service Support Line which is available Monday to Friday from 6 pm to 10 pm and at the Weekends and Bank Holidays between 10.00am and 10.00pm on 0800 085 8995.

In an emergency (outside of normal office working hours) you can contact the Emergency Duty Team (EDT) on 0300 456 4546.
